Take one of my older clients (whose name I cannot mention, but they’re listed on my client page).  I first worked with them in 2012 and one of their subsidiary websites had been stalled for almost a year with flat revenues and a dead list. Can you imagine? Having a business that’s making over $20 million in annual sales but STILL being on the brink of closing because your expenses have risen?


As it turns out there was this one little neglected area of his business that was actually a hidden goldmine

I helped them uncover it (and exploit it) and fast forward to five months after I took them on… and their sales were up by double digital numbers.  It was something that didn’t cost them any money.  I just set up one of my automation sequences and sat back and watched the revenue add up.

Would have never happened if we hadn’t found that one missing ingredient.


Tripling Recurring Income in Record Time!

I have another client who ran an online makeup artist training business specializing in film, TV, and special effects makeup.

She became a client because she wanted to grow the training side of her business.  I just met with her… and this year’s sales are the highest ever… but that’s not the coolest part.

Her training is pretty high end. And totally worth it because she’s constantly adding new material, making them better, and really going all-in for her customers. She’s one of the most dedicated people I’ve ever seen.

Anyway, once I realized the level of service she was providing and how she was constantly updating everything, I suggested she raise her prices.

But Not How You Might Think

I wanted to test leaving the price as-is… but instead of making it a one-time payment, we made it ANNUAL.  This means customers pay the tuition every year instead of just one time. 

The net result? 

She got MORE sales… and now they’ll KEEP PAYING. 

This ONE THING might have tripled her business alone. 

But naturally that’s not all we did.  Next, we created a higher end offer which worked (to the tune of a six-figure windfall – also on an ongoing annual basis).  And we’re not even done. She’s only been to two meetings with me.


“RED FLAG” Leads To A Surprising Spike In  Revenue

I have another client that’s in the marketing service business.

He came to his first meeting a few weeks ago and we did some great work that led to a surprise jump in monthly revenue for him. (His revenue is all recurring, by the way… which makes this story even cooler.)

Here’s what happened.  He was considering creating an info-product or something as a means to generate more revenue. 

This immediately created a “RED FLAG” for me because he’s got a solid business, a great lifestyle, and this idea seemed like a huge distraction.

Anyway, I asked him a few questions and it turns out he’s got an additional service that he never markets to his existing customers. 

What’s interesting is they’re already getting this service from other people and they’re always complaining about the results

And he’s the guy they’re complaining to! (He talks to his customers every few weeks.) 

So I said, “Hey. I want you to humor me on this one. Just call those customers up and ask them if they’d like you to perform this service for them for a monthly fee.” 

Simple, right? 

Well. Sometimes simple is all you need. 

Three days later he wrote me to tell me he’d increased his monthly revenue by 25%… just from doing that ONE THING. (They all said “yes!)

I Bet we double the revenue over the rest of our time together.


Stabilized His Failing Business, Then Grew it Again By 52%, And Then Doubled It A Year Later.

What’s crazy is everybody’s “Ripple Effect” is different. 

I’ve got this real go-getter of a client that started his own health and wellness website. I first started working with him in 2017.

His revenues were in the mid seven figures when we first started working together and he was pretty happy – he just wanted to make more. 

Naturally, he had about a million ideas and projects he could try… but I decided to try to keep it simple at first. 

“What if we took your most popular product and offered it on a recurring basis to your customers?”, I asked. 

“Nobody’d buy it”, he said. 

I asked him to just try it and see what happened. Turns out it made no difference whatsoever. Still sold like crazy. So we offered another product on a recurring basis.

And the extra revenue let him run more ads, and…

By The End Of Our First Year, He’d Grown More Than 52%

And then it was GAME TIME! 

So even though these clients had millions in revenue the strategy I executed for them cost them nothing.  It was just my time and a deep understanding of their business. Once I figured out what was missing I knew exactly what to do for them.

Our next project was to scale up and take him out of the daily operations of the business.
